Medical Appointments
The quickest and easiest way for anyone to make an appointment is to use our new triage system, Accurx.
To book an appointment or to discuss Test Results with a clinician, please click on the Accurx link below and select “Medical request”.
After clicking on the button, you will be asked to complete a short questionnaire about your medical problem which will be reviewed by a Care Coordinator who will respond with a self-booking link with the most appropriate clinician. This might be by telephone or face to face.
If you are unable to complete the online form please ring the surgery on 0116 2766605 to speak to a Care Coordinator.
They will then take you through a few questions about the nature of your problem before offering an appointment.
Cancelling your appointment
When you receive messages for confirmation or reminders of your appointment it will have a link on it to cancel your appointment if you need to.
You can also ring the surgery on 0116 276605 to cancel your appointment.
Home visits
Home visits are strictly for patients who are medically housebound and requests for visits should be made as early as possible by calling our reception staff.
